It’s no secret that executing strategic goals is the greatest challenge in business today. Yet in order to be more effective in achieving the goals of the enterprise, every employee needs a grasp on essential business principles—what’s required to run a business, where his or her job fits into the big picture, and how he or she contributes to the business. Imagine an organization where individual contributors not only focus on the wildly important priorities, they also know what it takes to operate a business successfully.
A first of its kind, What the CEO Wants You to Know: Building Business Acumen™ workshop helps individual employees understand: 1) the five essential elements of business; 2) how to navigate an annual report, and 3) the strategic thinking behind price/earnings ratio calculations and how initiatives link to the five essential elements of the business.
